Arthur J. Teichberg, Attorney at Law, P.C., was founded in 1959 by Arthur J. Teichberg, a graduate of New York University School of Law.  Mr. Teichberg has been in practice for over 40 years. 

 

Our main thrust is Commercial Litigation for the Construction Industry seeking to resolve disputes between subcontractors, contractors and property owners.  Our practice includes a vast assortment of problems in construction including liens, lien foreclosure lawsuits and lawsuits against sureties, extended negotiations with debtors, and workout agreements. 

 

In addition to being a practicing attorney, Mr. Teichberg is also a Certified Public Accountant, giving him an in-depth accounting background to add to his knowledge of law.

 

Many of our firm's clients are out-of-state businesses with interests in New York who require New York legal representation.
